Freelance Event Managers

We are always on the hunt for experienced contract planners that are flexible, can work project by project or can juggle more than one project at a time!

DMC Managers and Coordinators

If you live in Toronto, Niagara Falls or Muskoka, know the place you call home, and are proud to show it off, we often have needs for on-site support. Duties would include leading group events, organizing transfers, managing off-site venues, escorting tours.

Tour Guides

If you are a licensed Toronto or Niagara Falls Tour guide, please register your information with us!

Event Staff

If you are a student, senior or just looking to be involved, we often have a need for hospitable people to assist with registration, gift creation, décor set up or just counting people! Uniform and on-site training is provided.
